Nickel Alloy UNS N06625 is a nonmagnetic nickel-based Alloy that is highly resistant to corrosive environments and specifically resistant to pitting corrosion, crevice corrosion and corrosion cracking. The mechanical properties of the Alloy ensure excellent performance under the most severe conditions both at extremely low cryogenic temperature and temperatures of up to 1100°C.
Stainalloy supplies, worldwide, large sized Alloy UNS N06625 piping packages required for oil & gas-producing and –processing industry. Stainalloy also services medium-small Alloy UNS N06625 piping packages from stock during the advanced construction stages when short lead times are required. Alloy UNS N06625 is used for upstream oil & gas fluids, chemical processing, and nuclear applications that are exposed to high mechanical stresses.
Stainalloy stocks ½” up to and including 8” seamless Alloy 625 pipes in cold worked annealed condition that are manufactured in accordance with ASTM B444 gr.1 by only the most reputable mills. The cold work annealed condition ensures significantly higher mechanical properties than Alloy UNS N06625 pipes executed in a solution annealed condition.
