Alloy 625

Nickel alloy UNS N06625 is a non-magnetic nickel-based alloy. The alloy is highly resistant to corrosive environments, in particular to pitting, crevice corrosion and corrosion cracking. In addition, Nickel Alloy UNS N06625 is not sensitive to organic and mineral acids and alkalis. Also, Nickel alloy UNS N06625 exhibits very good resistance to chloride-containing media. The mechanical properties of the alloy ensure excellent performance under the most severe conditions. At both extremely low cryogenic temperatures and at temperatures up to 1100°F.

Stainalloy supplies its large Nickel Alloy UNS N06625 piping packages worldwide. These are required by the oil and gas producing and processing industries. In addition, Stainalloy also serves medium to small nickel alloy UNS N06625 piping packages. These pipe packages come from Stainalloy stock during advanced construction phases, when short lead times are required.

Stainalloy supplies ½" through 8" seamless alloy 625 pipes are manufactured in cold worked annealed condition in accordance with ASTM B444 gr.1. Only by the most reputable mills. The cold annealed condition provides significantly higher mechanical properties. Higher than alloyed UNS N06625 tubes machined in a solution annealed condition.
